NEW YEARS EVE @ Watergate

6 course set dinner menu with a glass of corte giara prosecco on arrival
Price for the dinner is $175 per head
There will be just one sitting on the night with doors open from 6:00, and dinner will be served @ 7:00pm.
Set Menu :
Yellow Fin Tuna Sashimi - with a mustard & wasabi dressing, sesame & chilli oil and puffed rice
Tiger Prawns - with spicy tomato sauce, mozzarella cream, marinated edamame and house made crackers
Raspberry Sorbet
Confit Pork - with oven roasted asian mushrooms, blueberries, flame roasted sweet pickle and peanuts
Eye Fillet - with crispy, chat potatoes, oven roasted baby beets, gai lan and a vegetable jus
Honey & Saffron Panacotta - with poached pear, toasted cashew nuts and lemon thyme
Vegetarian option
Pea & Wasabi Arancini - green pea & wasabi risotto arancini with parmesan
Watergate Caprese - tomatoes with buffalo mozzarella, basil herb oil, balsamic glaze and crispy sourdough
Raspberry Sorbet
Marinated Eggplant - with zucchini, gai lan, peanut sauce and toasted nuts
Vegetable Curry - winter vegetables with a fragrant yellow curry, jasmine rice, crispy shallots and fresh lime
Honey & Saffron Panacotta - with poached pear, toasted cashew nuts and lemon thyme

Please note, as this is a limited event, we will be taking pre-payment for the dinner upfront as a deposit.
Also, please be advised, this is a non-refundable event.
If however, guests do need to cancel due to circumstances beyond their control, please email the restaurant directly at info@watergateportdouglas.com.au.
If agreed, will attempt to re-sell the seats and refund your deposit.
Obviously, the more time we have, the easier it will be to re-sell the seats.
We generally always have guests looking at the last minuet to secure seats to NYE.
Please note though, if we have mass cancelations on short notice, we may not be able refund everyone. In that event, we will work on first in, best dressed.
And despite our best intentions, please understand that refunds will not be guaranteed.
